Our menu offers something for everyone, whether it’s a wedding, corporate or private event. Covering the West Midlands area, our teams of chefs provide the highest quality outdoor bred pigs, marinaded in our delicious sauce made from a blend of herbs and spices. Our menus really do provide the wow factor and will impress your guests.

1. DIY Traditional Hog Roast

An orchard fed whole pig for you to cook yourself. Includes the hire of a hog roast machine, 19kg gas bottle and delivery/collection.

2. Traditional Hog Roast

An orchard fed whole pig, seasoned and slowly cooked to perfection. Then served in a fresh roll with crackling & apple sauce.

This is cooked and prepared by one of our chefs and served from a food station.

Main Course

  • The Traditional Hog Roast seasoned and slowly cooked with the crackling and then served in a soft/crusty/brown/Gluten-free fresh rolls with apple sauce.
  • Please note that we also have yummy Vegetarian and Vegan alternatives. For eg. A Grilled Miso and Maple Syrup Aubergine, Jack Fruit burgers and vegan burgers.
  • Roast Potatoes with fresh rosemary, garlic and sea-salt.

Whole lamb seasoned and stuffed with garlic and rosemary served in a soft fresh roll with mint and yoghurt dressing. A whole lamb serves between 30-35 people.
